A thoughtful blend of our premium estate Riesling, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc. The goal of this wine is to find balance in the aromatics and on the palate. Orchard fruit and citrus from the Riesling; the pear and red apple from the Pinot Gris; and the tropical fruit and herbal notes from the Sauvignon Blanc come together to create something of real interest. The acidity is tempered by a few grams of residual sugar. Pairs well with just about anything — think of it as your house white.
