A combination our Pinot Noir that was whole-bunch pressed with smaller amounts of saignée make up this purposefully made 2021 Rosé. The juice was fermented in stainless steel and in old neutral French oak barrels to balance the fresh aromatics with texture and body. Strawberry and young peach on the nose along with bright citrus flavours on the palate really make this an all-occasion wine. Chill well and pair this with just about anything, or enjoy on its own.
