This Riesling shows its place with typical Beamsville Bench notes of citrus, leaning towards lime on the nose. The palate is round with juicy flavours of lemon, green apple, ginger and minerality. The residual sugar is beautifully tempered by Riesling’s trademark acidity. A great match with spicy Thai curry or salty fried chicken.
