Composition: 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 47% Petit Verdot

A collaboration between sommelier Joel Wilcox, Organized Crime winemaker Greg Yemen, and Organized Crime estate fruit, we bring you ‘Dialectic’. Defined as a philosophical dialogue that brings resolution between opposing ideas to arrive at a higher truth, we use this principle to create this wine. Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot – two unique and bold grapes that come together to offer greater complexity and interest: dark bramble berry, black currant and plum notes give this wine a very pure, fruit-driven nose. The palate is lush and rich while being well-balanced by acidity. An interesting wine for contemplation, or paired with braised or grilled meat.
