The first single varietal Cabernet Sauvignon since the 2019 vintage is finally in bottle. Still youthful and fruit-forward at this stage with loads of black raspberry on the nose and palate, pairing well with the spice and vanilla notes from time in barrel. Juicy acidity and balanced tannin make this very wine extremely food friendly.
