The 2012 Cabernet Franc has an array of fresh berry aromas including raspberry, red currant and ripe blueberry. These are complimented by notes of cedar, dried herbs and licorice. There are also hints of milk chocolate and baking spices, developed during eighteen months of gentle maturation in French oak barrels and casks. The texture is concentrated and full bodied, with velvety tannins and a long complex finish.
